Frances Smith is a Finance Consultant, Executive Director of Zan Wesley Holmes Jr. Community Outreach Center, and a mother of 2 daughters. She was raised in New Orelans, Louisiana, where she started teaching and educating young high schoolers about the importance of fincnaicl literacy. From there, she contributed to a group called "money Matters". After 2005, she had to relocate to Texas because of Hurricane Katrina, although she faced adversity, she prevailed and found her passion in financial consulting. Her mission has been to carry out God's word through faith, education and helping low income communites establish asstes and wealth
